Halloween requires an insane amount of cross-functional collaboration, as well as a fancy for fright. Developing a program of this size starts with trend analysis, guest data and brainstorming sessions before you even get into design.
From there it's "full scream ahead" into the development of categories, such as paper party, lighting and animation, disposable decor and pumpkin decorating, not to mention the excitement of partnering with the teams that develop soft home and table top.
