Prior to our involvement with the Target mini-seasonal area, there was always great product and great artwork available for customers to purchase, but it was disjointed and lacked cohesion.
We completely overhauled the entire product design process to remove the burden of product design from the vendors and brought development of the entire line in-house - creating a balance between proven sellers and new fun ideas that made mini-seasonal a destination. This not only lead to a cohesive presentation, but better costing, streamlined communication, reduced SKU count and improved quality standards. In the first roll-out of this process, Target saw a substantial increase in sales. It was a Merry Christmas for all involved.
